How do I entertain guests at my graduation party?
I'm having a buffet style party at a fancy restaurant. Most of my guests are from my workplace, and the others are friends of mine and my family. For a party of about 50 people, what are some suggestions to get the party going, outside of the food and talking?

Your guests will drift into groups of their own, those that know each other from work will gravitate together, your friends and the family. They can take care of entertaining each other and generally do. Since the party is in your honor, though, you'll want to make sure to circulate between them all and not let yourself be pulled into one group for the whole night. Try to greet them all as they arrive, talk with them at least once during the party and if you see that they are getting ready to leave, make it a point to excuse yourself and go over to thank them for coming, that you were so happy they could make it. They'll remember you as being a great hostess! Have fun and congratulations on the graduation!

Here are some suggestions:
~A local Dj,or out of town(if you can afford it).
~Have prizes,when people get out on the dance floor and dance they should get a boa constrictor(the feathery kind)or a cow boy hat,or sunglasses...
~Every guest should get like a thing of cheap bubbles so when you're all dancing they can blow it.
~You should have some activities like musical chairs or musical chairs remix(which is when everyone on the dance floor has to get their chair and sit on the dance floor and the DJ should play music and when you yell something like go get a watch! they have to get up and go find a watch when they come back the last two will have to go back to their table because they weren't fast enough.The funniest thing to do is say get a roll of tissue paper from the boy's bathroom even if there is a girl!).
~You could also have people come out on the dance floor and play truth or dare,it's absolutely hilarious!
These are all wedding and graduation activities that I've been witness to,it's a blast at any party!Have fun and good luck!
