I want it to be really fun...I'm having 6 people over.

lucky for you i was facing the same problem only i was inviting A LOT more people than you. here are some ideas for a small birthday party.
1. Hotel room. Why?: because think about it you can get pay per view, eat whatever you want there, and if it has a pool and hot tub, it's even better. plus if you had 6 girls, that means the mom or dad gets their own room while you get a room with your girlfriends. total privacy
2. Dave and Busters. Why?: why wouldn't you have it here? think about it. it has the total package. it has games for you and you friends like lazer tag, fortune telling, pool table, arcade games, and it has amazing food there that'll make you feel like your in heaven. it is a total perfect party zone.
3. Manicures and Pedicures. Why?: not only is it relaxing but you also get fabulous nail and toe primping with your girlfriends. this is a great way to get a fabulous mani pedi. and afterward you can go out to a resturaunt or wherever you eat and you can flaunt off your beautiful nails and toes.
4. Mall trip. Why?: you can do it both ways. with girlfriends or by yourself. personally i would choose by yourself only because your friends may expect money. all you do is ask your mom or dad for money for a shopping spree. plus the parents may prefer this than throwing a way more money party blowout and dealing with kids all night.

Have a treasure hunt with clues, place them in different places and give a hint to each person. Also they may have to do different things like petal a bike three times to get to a certain point or jump, you could put a clue in a balloon and they may have to sit on it and bust it to get it, things like that. Have a treasure at the end and make sure there is enough to share with everyone.
i will advice you to go to the beach or any swimming pool around you with your 6 friends with some champangne
You could go on a scavenger hunt, have them get 13 of your favourite things at 13 different homes.
Another option would be "Trade up" go to a house and ask for something useful they no longer want, maybe a safety pin, then you take it to another home and ask for something larger then what you have that they don't want. Trade with them! Continue until you have gone to 13 homes, always getting something larger than you have! Remember you need to trade with each home, not keep each item!
