I need a location for my Bday party, in or around Baltimore?
havin it at home is not an option. i want alcohol and music on site. was thinkin of renting a club, or a room in one. maybe ouutdoors, with a tent or not. im really not sure where to start!
btw im turnin 27 and am wanting it to be a white party (not in race, in dress)

Do a search for 'restaurants on the water near Baltimore' to get a listing, and a rating of many places for your party. Find one you like and call to see how they handle a private party. I personally have been to the Riverwatch. It has plenty of parking and an outdoor deck right on the water. I can tell you no place with outdoor decks will come cheap this time of the year.
