My sisters and I are throwing a 3 in 1 party for all of out birthday this saturday. Our theme is a Western Fiesta, where mexico meets Texas. It's crazy. SO we have a bunch of western and mexican decorations, i have a big pool, We got a western themed Bouncy Castle. (we do it big) We also are going to have 4 slip and slides down the front lawn so people can race. Food is all mexican and bbq we have a taco station, and rice and beans and we also have some bbq ribs and such..So.. we are looking for more ideas for our party. Any ideas?
Answers:
Lights strung throughout the trees especially the chili pepper lights if you can find them. A pinata filled with your favorites. If you can, get some tamale's, (Trader Joes carries really good ones if you have that store nearby). Tex-mex is a great theme, have a wonderful time.
Tijuana Brass music?
How about a couple of pinatas - one for the kids and the other of stuff that Adults like?
A station where people can target shoot empty coke cans with water guns?
Sombreros, pinatas, margaritas.
Fruit Kabobs grilled or not is nice.

Homemade salsa - 1 Regular & 1 Fruit (Mango, Pineapple or Orange)
Cut flour tortilla in strips cook in oil until brown sprinke with cinnimon & sugar
Decorate with chili lights, candles in clay pots
guamole chesese hot tamale
Rent a frozen margarita machine.
