Start by inviting some friends over. I would then order a birthday cake. Maybe decorate your house with festive streamers and some balloons. See what happens from there.

on my 16th b-day party I had 5 girlfriends over for a pajama party,we talked, laughed played games & at night time we rented scary movies, might sound a bit corny , but we had a BLAST........... We also cooked some pretty good food , and cookies.
Dress up! When I did it I invited 5 close friends, we all dressed to the nines took a limo and ate at a very posh restraunt.
