I usually arrive 15 minutes late, unless the host is a close friend, then I show up a little early!.
For the host, the majority of guests will show up within the first 30 minutes of the party!. Rarely do any show up early!. About 10% of guests will show up later than 30 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, it depends on what country, state, town you live in!.
We have Haitian friends and you tell them to be at a party at 7 p!.m!., they show up at 10 p!.m!.
So, tell someone 7 and they might show up at 8!.
If you want people to show up at 7, tell them that the party starts at 6!. I am always on time and I have tried not to be so I go 15 to 30 minutes past the requested time of arrival!.
Hope that helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
