a naughty devil, sexy witch, a pumpkin, a spider, a wizard or a ugly witch I probably wont bother but the children will dress up.

Depends on if you want a cheap costume or an expensive one. Perhaps maybe a gypsy~long skirt, lots of costume jewlry a bandana on yout head and some make up. That's one idea, or you can goto your local wal mart and shell out the cash. I prefer home made costumes though(I'm cheap though...lol).
I'm not, but you could go as a fallen angel, try dressing in black, with a black tutu type skirt and black angel wings.

Cheapy charity shop wedding dress, shredded, lots of talc white skin and fake blood... oh not forgetting some wild crimped hair!!!

hi last year i got a scary face with long hair and i got some grey linen from a material shop , frayed the edges, cut a hole in the middle of the fabric and tore a long strip off to make a belt which i tied around the waist, i cut holes and tears in material, i went barefoot, but you could get the fake feet, i looked like a horrible dirty monster and everyone said what a fantastic costume.
