Answers:
I'm probably a little older than you, I still try to keep up though : ) I believe this is a club song and about dancing in a club, so I would go with that. Depending on how crafty and how much money you have you could have a ton of fun with this.

First, if a dance floor is in your budget definitely get a dance floor. It's a lot easier for you to dance on this than grass or concrete. Then to to the Home Depot or some place like that and get tall thin pieces of wood that are about 8 feet long. You will need 8 of them. Then construct a bottomless square for around your dance floor. You can also do this if you don't have the dance floor to designate this area. It's not that hard, because it doesn't have to be perfect, just nail them together. Wrap these in white christmas lights. The attach some type of beaded curtain to the structure. I would suggest something silver to reflect the lights. You can also make these with clear fishing line and blank CD's. It looks really nice, it will probably be less expensive, but it is time consuming. Make sure you have some friends to help make them. Then you can just tie them to the structure. On the floor or ground toss silver sprinkles all around.

Make a VIP area. Make sure you have a coffe table in front of it. Decorate the table with candles. Attatch silver balloons to the back of your furniture.

Then have a separate non VIP area for the rest of your guests. This is where you can have your food and tables. If you have standing lights in your house bring them out and use colored bulbs in them for this area. On each of the table put those small mini colored lighted disco balls. At the end of the night you can raffle them off as favors. Decorate the tops of these tables and the food table with confetti.

Don't forget the bar, even if your underage you should have a bar. Make a signiture coctail or mocktail and serve it in plastic champagne glasses. Put a black light behind the bar to illuminate it. You can buy one with chairs at Wal-Mart, eg for less than $100. Or again you can construct one and just attach a white sheet to it. Then the black light will illuminate from the front and back.

yes, balloons, streamers, backyard lights, torches, you can also use christmas lights, and paper lanterns hung from trees, colorful tablecloths and matching plates and cups.

you could do a theme on what the song is about !
