Pork fat rules!! They are both yummy yummy. I like my bacon cooked medium and sausage with extra sage makes awesome biscuits and gravy.

sausage because it has biscuit sandwiches it has great side chocies its great with onions and peppers and italian meals its great as a meal with pancakes eggs toast english muffins and french toast and waffles

Sausage is best. Whole hog if you can get it with maple. They also have apple cured sausage and bacon now.
