Ideas for Birthday Party for 8 year old boy?
Having a backyard pool party for my 8 year old son. Any ideas for games, entertainment? We are renting a Moonwalk and planning a water balloon fight. Serving hotdogs, watermelon, chips & salsa, pretzels, birthday cake. Snocones.

It sounds like there is going to be a lot of activity... maybe you should set up a crafts project in the shade for anyone who needs a little downtime. Stores like Michaels have a lot of craft kits. We got a summer-themed one for my niece's birthday, It was a bucket of foam pieces that they glued together to make frames and ornaments. Pretty cheap...They might also like to do some karaoke... you can get a machine for pretty cheap nowadays, and you might even be able to rent one, or get add-ons for your game console (if you have one).
make sure you get lots of 8yr old girls and BEER!!
Pirates of the Caribbean is huge right now. Why don't you ask the kids to all dress up and you can a treasure hunt.

You could go and get all the kids a water gun and they could have water gun fights they are cheap at wal-mart you could also buy a slip and slide in wal-mart for like 10.00 you would just have to watch the kids carefully if they are all wet and go in the moon walk I don't know if they will slide every where. Sounds like you are having allot of stuff already and your son will love it have fun! And tell you son Happy B-day
Anything. Boys are toatally into games,and something messy here are a few tips. Keep it fun, have popcorn, go to the cienima, go to a theme park or a new movie just released like I don't know what the boy wants. Bring pizza and so fizzy drinks. I hope I helped and I hope they will love it too! P.S Get as many of his friends as you can!!!
