A really good sweet sixteen party theme is going with the traditional pink/princess theme, I know it sounds a little girlie, but mine was awesome. We held mine at a hunting club where my dad was President at the time, and I had a blast. We had a huge cake fight with my large cake and had a unforgettable night. The other themes are so old, so its nice to go with something tradtional.

America's top model party - give guest mini photo albums and "to fill their portfolio" Have there pictures taken with a poloroid or digital camera. Even set up a judges table so they can be judged on there photos. Make up fun games like model walking or a make up challenge. Serve Healthy Foods. :) (except the cake!)
American Idol Party - karaoke contests. and set up a judges table like simon, paula and randy! Definatly have coca cola on hand.
Hollwood Premiere party - Hey it is a sweet 16!
