the boys at Duke University had a great idea, booze and strippers. They almost got in trouble but I bet it was worth it
If its something you all are ok spending money for, I would go laser-tagging! So much fun!
For hockey we have a picnic, for youth group we have a pool party, for end of the year for some other sports we have the coach and parents against the players! That's pretty fun!
Have some kind of 'prize' for the winners.... it could be something like dancing crazy on the side of the road (the losers do this) or the winner gets to chose what the losers do.

You could go to a waterpark, bowling, amusement park, or go go-carting, miniature golfing, or have a party at someones house with a pool(pool party).
bbq hot dogs burgers and potato chips and prezels buy them cheap and you can get alot and coke and sprite or such for drinks
