I'm going to happy hour after work, worried about the unhealthy food. Any advice?!
What are safe happy hour choices that won't absolutely destroy my diet!? What should I watch out for!? The menu has things like quesadillas, mini-burgers, pizzas, etc!. I'm planning on drinking water!. Thanks for your advice!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most places DO have things like carrot sticks or such, and almost guaranteed they have ranch dressing!.!.!.so dip the carrot sticks in ranch dressing and I will wager you'll not only have a great (FAIRLY) healthy snack (more so than the items you listed), but you won't be the only one eating them either!.!.!.they get popular FAST! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
