Any good ideas for a Sweet 16 party in November?!
im turning 16 in the beginning of november and want to start planing now so it doesnt turn out like a crappy last minute party!.!.!.please help with some pretty cool and affordable ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Party 1!. Slumber Party: *You can do Manicures, Pedicures, Facials Talk about boys all that jazz, make a mixed cd with your favorite songs to play!. Decorate which ever party room with streamers confetti of your choice, something very simple, order pizza, have icecream kind of low key!.
Party 2!. Luau (Who says winter isnt a good time to have fun in the sun!
*After Summer clearance buy some flip flops, and write your invitaions on them! Food: Shishkabobs Hawiaan pizza (pineapple and ham or madarin orange!. You can also make fruit shishkabobs Make smoothies with little umbrellas *If you tan, go to the tanning bed so you look a little more troppic Do a Conga line, marco polo (out of water) limbo, *when people come in give them a lei, or use the leis in a gift bag, with leis, sunglasses, combs, shells, shell necklaces
party #3 Candy Shop Party: If you have a garage or basement or an extra room this is fabulous fun!!!
*Turn that room into a candy shop, *Buy some bowls from the dollar store and fill them with all sorts of candies, and get chips, pretzles all finger foods, you can also do a icecream social instead of candy!. Balloon bouquets, Do a scavenger hunt (And in each place, where ever the clue lead them to have a box, filled with wither it be money candy or some trinket, *small boxes you get from the craft store, and at the end, have like gift certificates ( Maybe if its a small party have like groups of 3 and just have $5 per card!.
Party #4 Masquerade Party
Party #5 Chinese theme, buy some warm coloured streamers cheap chinese/japanese paper lanters work well here, you can make or buy your own cheap chinese food, or make your own crap rangoon, have everyone s names written in chinese on their invitaions, put in an old chinese flick or sometihng that your interested in, and just have a go with it

Well you definetly need good music, so you can hook up a playlist on your mp3 to a boom box so that you don't have to hire a DJ or musical act!. The only other advice I have is make sure yourparents know not to embarrass you if they're going to be there!. Hope you have fun at your party!Www@FoodAQ@Com
