I have to say mint chocolate chip. I'm not a fan of nuts, so rocky road is out of the question... but just think of all the things you could do with mint chocolate chip. It could be green mint or white mint or chocolate mint, it could have actual mint flavored chips, or just plain chocolate.
Ack, you're making me want icecream.
