Advice for a place to have a birthday party?!


Question: Advice for a place to have a birthday party!?
I'm turning 17 soon and I have no idea where to throw my birthday party!. I'm in New York City!. I'm going to have small amount of guests!.!.!.about 4-6 people!. And my budget is around $300!. I want it to be fun and memorable :) Any advice would help!. Please and Thank you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Empire State Building!? I went to NY for 5 days on a feild trip (I live in NC) and my favorite part was the Empire State Building!. You may be able to rent out a building for ___ hours!. Or you could have it in a resteraunt!. I loved the food there!.
