well first you have to plan out what you're gonna do. then think about the prices. ask a friend to help you or do it by urself. but after you think of where youre gonna work and then make up flyers. think like a customer. what would convince them that your buisness is better that the competitor. write on there anything that u think they want to hear. be patient. the buisness will probably start out slow. soon you'll be on your way.
ps. ADVERTIZE!!

start with a cart

Well I personally would get out the old Wenner moble

Well, what I would do, is get one of them meat shapers. They make meat whatever shape you want, even hotdogs. If you want them to sell, you want to make the kind with a bit of chedar sauce in it.

hotdog stand.com

Make hot dogs, make ads for your hot dog business.
And have a selection of flavors and seasonings.

its the cost of a food venders license ( look for the costs at your city hall) the cost of a cart and all your produces.. and to be safe take a food safety class ( most states require that ).. you dont need a business plan but having one never hurts just write down everything you want to do and get the cost for everything you need and you may not need a loan from the bank.. if you got 2 0r 3 grand you may have more then enough to start..

Good luck
