Other than IRISH FOOD..
this is merely a small get together for my fiance's 20th bday and he loves EVERYTHING Irish..
esp. the color green and shamrocks..

Answers:
why not use only food that is green, orange or white, or serve drinks in those colours? Like orange juice, milk, and green tea (or some alcoholic cocktails like a screwdriver, white russians and grasshoppers). Foodwise, carrots, any green vegetable, white meat.
You can play Irish music (make a playlist of contemporary bands or traditional music).
Rain, sheep, irish soil, hmm cant think of anything else.
