Okay, everyone on this forum is into beating up poor President Bush these days. So why not have a "Bushwhacker" theme? You can dress up the bar in camouflage material. You can make or buy Bush masks. And, of course, serve Bush Wackers:

4 ounces cream of coconut (CocoLopez)
2 ounces Kahlua
1 ounce Bacardi dark rum
1 ounce dark Creme de Cacao
4 ounces milk or half-and-half
2 cups ice
1. Combine in blender, blend until smooth, serves two in 12 oz cups.

Make it scholarship night. Have a donation jar, tell everyone to drink like they did/would in college, and tell them to donate to the fund. Then you could set out to give a community member a scholarship. Idk, its kinda corny, but you could get pennants from different colleges to decorate, have people wear shirts from their alma mater.

One of my best parties was a tacky accessory party. There were lots of awesome hats and hilarious T-shirts, a few tiaras, and a tutu. It's a fun way to get everyone to be super casual, and anything goes for decorations! I also asked everyone to bring their favorite cheap beer/wine/champagne to share - went along with the tackiness.
