They last for about 4 or 5 days if kept refrigerated. Any longer and the strawberries begin to get soggy and the chocolate gets a wet almost runny feel. I feel they are at their best when eaten on the day they are bought. I hope that I have been of some help to you.
if you buy them fresh from Godivas Chocolatier you wont have to worry about this they wont be around long enough yum yum
I'd say try to eat them no more than 48 hours after they are made. Any longer than that, the chocolate may start to slip off the strawberry and get a little runny as the strawberries juices start to flow.
