This will help.

brunch is having breakfast at lunch in other words u eat like pancakes at 12:00

Brunch food is basically a combination of breakfast and lunch items for you to choose from. I know this because I used to work in a hotel that on Sundays served Brunch. Eggs benedict and roast beef...it's your choice.

Brunch food is anything relating to breakfast. ... How about picking up some danish or cinnamon rolls, or maybe some bagels and cream cheese and a jar of jam. You can buy any of this at the market or local bakery.

Brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch and is usually in late morning time. Anything for breakfast or lunch items would be appropriate. How about chocolate eclairs from the bakery. Yum Yum, no one else will think of this.

I think brunch is like a combination of breakfast and lunch...anyway I found a site that has brunch recipes

Brunch is a replacement of breakfast, The meal usually involves standard breakfast foods such as eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, ham, fruits, pastries, and the like. However, it can include almost any other type of food served throughout the day. I would do some yummy omlets. Try this: 2 tablespoons butter
6 large eggs
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup chopped cooked ham
3/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
ketchup
PREPARATION:
In skillet melt butter. Beat eggs and whisk in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into hot skillet. Cook, stirring to cook evenly. Turn and cook other side. Serve while still somewhat moist and creamy. Cook in smaller batches for Western sandwiches. Serve Western sandwiches and Western omelet with ketchup.
Serves 4 to 6.

Brunch is usually served between breakfast time and lunch time and the word is a contraction of breakfast and lunch. Brunch is usually a meal where you would have alot of fruit, sandwhiches and often champaign and maybe something like crapes or omlets.

Brunch is just usually a combination of breakfast and lunch. If you go to brunch at a restaurant, your options will typically include a few breakfast items (i.e., omelets, quiche, eggs benedict) and a few light lunch items (sandwiches, soups, salads).

To be safe, you could bring a fruit tray or a fruit salad, both of which I am sure you can pick up at a local market or deli. You could also bring a veggie tray (celery, carrots, broccoli and ranch dressing). What about a tray of pastries? Bagels, croissants, and muffins with some butter and cream cheese spreads? Or you could make a nice big mixed green salad.

Have fun!

Brunch food is simple and tasty - bacon and eggs, muffins, kedgeree, grilled tomatoes, scones, waffles etc.

brunch items would be like Quiche or hash brown casserole, or potatoes au gratin. You can never go wrong with a fresh fruit platter or even crossaints which are great for brunch. the idea is to eat foods that are a cross between breakfast and lunch, hence the word brunch.

Here's my suggestion for a potluck brunch:
Croissants
Mini quiches
Orange juice and champagne for mimosas if you drink
fruit salad

You know by now that brunch a combination of breakfast & lunch. Make it easy on yourself and help your host/guests out by bringing a bunch of different types of bagels/cream cheese. There's always something out there that no one has tried yet! Easy & stress free!

it's breakfast and lunch, I like bringing fruit kebabs with yoghurt for dipping (fruit kebabs are just fruit salad on a stick use whatever fresh fruit you like). Cottage cheese tossed with fresh tomatoes served as a salad is nice, cream cheese and cucmber on toasted bagels, shrimp wrapped in tortillias with cream cheese and coctail sauce, stuff like that. Basically light fresh foods, that are not quite breakfast not quite lunch!

It's a breakfast-lunch meal course. (- -,)

Try this. It's good, fast, and easy.

You will need:
1 can refridgerated biscuits
Shredded cheese (any kind you want)
Lots of Ham, sausage, or bacon
4 Eggs (beaten)
Mushrooms (optional)
Oven at 375 degrees F

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Put individual biscuits around the pan (lay them out). Squish them together so you have one big, thin biscuit in the pan. Put your meat and mushrooms all over the biscuits. Sprinkle some cheese on that,
and pour the beaten eggs over everything. Bake until eggs set and biscuits are cooked (about 20 minutes). When it is done, put the rest of the cheese on top. Leave it under the broiler until it bubbles. Slice and eat.

Makes a great breakfast pizza.
