what does she like or want what is the budget??? vfw can hold 100 or so people get a decent dj an make punch cookies an chips an mini sandwiches or you can always have 3 or 4 of her friends an let them have a spa sleep over make each girl a basket with a robe slippers hair products an nail polish you can make each basket 30.00 or so i have done tons of them an it will be memories your young lady will have forever have some fun food ice cream cookies or let the girls have at it in the kitchen rent some new videos an let them have fun my mom did that for me an 4 of my friends on my 21st b day due to i dont drink an didnt like partys with smoke or drinking ( best friend died becouse of a drunk driver) an now that i am 26 the 5 of us still best friends do that for each birthday we have tons of robes an pjs for life an memories that will last a life time
