If you want it to look like champagne, get sparkling cider and the bubbles will be there.You could use any juice that the couple like,that is clear in color.The sparkling cider is found at Dollar stores so you could have plenty to put around for everyone to toast the couple,even the younger ones....

In the grocery store it is $4-$5 a bottle, but at the $1 store you can get the same exact product for 99c.
