Does anyone have a great salad or idea to acompany salt and pepper squid?
I am having people for dinner and making s & p squid, but dont know what to serve with it.

I like a mesclun salad (with rocket and bitter leaves etc) with some red onion, avocado, pine nuts and maybe some peeled carrot (like you make shaving of carrot - is nicer than chunks). Just a small splash of balsamic vinagrette. Always goes down very well at the dinner parties I've had.
Just a simple green salad with the freshest ingredients available. Use butter lettuce that's still alive if you can get it at your market.
Tomatoe and hardboiled eggs with extra virgin olive oil, you can also ad dmozzarella cheese.
Romaine lettuce, with roasted peppers, and tomatoes,
String bean and onion salad cold, add oil and vinegar.
