I would go with like red colors put love in the air. If there pimps and hose I don't real think they will be looking at the decorates might be to busy.
Interesting theme for a party! You might want to rent Bridget Jone's Diary again and review the party she found herself at wherein she was dressed like a playboy bunny! I think THAT theme was Vicars and Hoes or something like that.
It depends on how much money you're willing to invest. Definitely bright colors. Oriental trading and other on-line party supply places have bargains on pimp hats and bling-bling. You cannot have a Pimps & Hoes party without the bling! As a gag, your local Wal-Mart has some gross teeth with goldcaps (found in the toy dept.) Set up some black lights here and there and make sure to have good music. Old school and New school! Something for everyone. I love hosting parties! Good luck and hope the Pimps and Hoes that attend will have a night to remember!
