Class trip?!
At the mexican restaurant where i work (chiquitos), we will be having a class trip consisting of young children come in within the next week!. My boss has set us waiters the challenge of thinking up ideas/activities to do with the children!.However, i am COMPLETELY STUCK for idead!.!.!.there are only so many things you can tell somebody about mexican food haha! Therefore, any help/ideas you could give me would be really appreciated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

At this mexican restaurant we have in my hometown, they let the kids see how the tortillas are made and sometimes let them hold the dough!.!.!.it ALWAYS keeps my younger siblings occupied for at least 30 minutes

If you pre-prepare the ingredients, you can have each of them make a portion of their own!.!.!.
Give each kiddo 1/2 of an avacado!.!.!.
then have a big tray of diced (CHERRY! NO SALMONELLA!) tomatoes, onions, lime wedges, cilantro, garlic power, pepper, and anything else that strikes you!. Kids like colorful stuff!. make it look like a flag!.
Have the kids taste and smell the ingredients, then chose what to put in the pit of their avacado half!.
Each of them can have a spoon and fork to mush it with, and some chips!.
have plenty of napkins!! it could be messy!. but tons of fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com
