Buy yourself a brownie cake mix at the store ($1.99 on sale) and a bag of chocolate chips. Put all that into a bowl, with 2 eggs, 1/4 c. water (cool) and 1/2 c. oil. If you have a handful or two of nuts (walnuts or pecans), toss them in, too.
Spread into a large (9x13 inch) pan, and bake 20 minutes at 350.
Piece of cake, no work at all (just stir with a wooden spoon til lumps are gone).
Better than chocolate chip cookies, and you can do it blindfolded, almost. Oh, don't forget to spray/spread the bottom of the pan with a little vegetable oil before you add the batter.

try making the cookies using cake mix! The directions are quite simple and if you do it yourself you'll have fresh baked cookies in no time!
