Answers:
Thai food in a cup, in the soup section of the grocery store.

try some fresh garden salad topped with a dressing which you have not tried..chicken barbeque will do complement the salad and the best champaign in the house..don't forget to invite someone special..all meal is good when you share it with the one you love..have a great dinner and go go go now..

go to the deli and pick up a deli salad (potato salad, thai noodle, colslaw the possiblities are endless), then go to the bulk section and pick your favorite candy, then go to the frozen section and pick out a frozen entree. voila dinner under 10.00

We had peameal bacon on a bun and salad.

a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of tomatoe soup

get a frozen pizza

or a can of soup
or cold cuts and make a sandwich
or bacon and make a blt
and don't forget the ice cream

I guess I'm a little late, but I had a grilled cheese sandwich tonight.

Start off with a light salad, and all the fruit you like. We need more raw fruits and veggies in our daily diet. And I also recommend getting a juicer, that way your body doesn't spend all that extra energy getting rid of the bulk. You really don't need the extra fiber. The main source of the nutrients is in the juice.

You want to try somthing different. get yourself some dew worms , boil them first drain then fry them with bacon

Here's something different; Pancakes with Strawberry Syrup, and for dessert - A Spaghetti and Meatball Dinner.

uhm......Jerk Chicken?

See if you deli has a freshly made seven layer salad. Those are my favorite.
