I fixed my husband and I a shrimp cocktail; followed by a scrumptious tossed salad (served on plates from the freezer); and for our entree, we had broiled rib eye steaks with a special rub on them and wheat rolls (hot out of the oven). For dessert, something light and palate cleansing - lemon bars. Happy Valentine's Day!
