I think it's a great ambition to WANT to be a bartender at 14!. It's has the potential to be a great paying gig as well as meeting interesting people!.
You can't actually BE a bartender until the age of 21 however!. You can serve alcohol at 18, but can't pour until you're 21 (at least that's how it is in Washington State)!.
I would reccomend starting to study your alcohols and drinks (don't drink them) to become well versed in the profession!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
