Secret Agent Birthday Party?!
Ok, so i'm turning 20 on the 20th of august, meaning it is my golden birthday, so i was thinking a gold theme, but that didnt work for me, so i worked on it a bit more and came up with Goldeneye,
the budget is $1000 AUD,
does anyone have any ideas, i would love as many ideas as you can throw at me,
i need ideas for:
Food
Venue
Decorations
Costumes
Music

The posibilities! The glamour!! The sexy short black dresses and martini glasses!
well, I'm going with my knowledge of james bond movies (sourced only from austin powers movies!.!.!. but I'm sure you will get the jist)
You will need people in disguises, a magician, maybe some contortionists, a really cool entrance (possibly in a wetsuit you can rip off like stripper clothes and WALLAH your in your tux or a helicopter ride if it's not too expensive)
The venue you choose has to be classy!.!.!. you could always just rent out a simple hall and fill it with classy lights though!. Maybe you could have a small orchestra in the corner!? and then once all of your guests are there and seated, the band can start playing the bond theme and you and two gorgeous women can jump to the front of the room, pull out your guns and pose!. Then you could start a murder mystery, where people must find the evil person who has the golden access key!.
Everything has to be SUPER classy, but somehow keep it in the price range!.!.!.
If you ask your local counsil, they should have a list of halls neer you that you could rent out!. I would suggest going there once before you book it out and asking if you can hang lights up to get the effect you want (you will want them to face the walls to get the right mood)
The food will have to be fancy which may mean a little bit of catering!. If that's a little extreme for your budget, then research it really well and get a big group of your friends around to help you cook up a storm of fancy food
Decorations have to be suave and sophisticated and a little bit mysterious!.!.!.
