I'm thinking a safari theme!. Most 3 year olds can't swim and that'd be pretty tragic if somebody wasn't paying attention and one of them drowned!.
For the invitation, just do a pun on some animal with a cutsie animal on the front!. I can't think of anything right now, but I'm sure there's places on the net where you could find something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm sure the parents wouldn't mind a pool party- they would most likely be attending anyway since you don't just drop off a 3yo at a party!

you could write birthday party @ so and so's house or give it to their parents to read it aloud and explain it to them!. im pretty sure not alot of three year olds know how to swim so i think a safari theme!. if you agree that is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Safari theme definatlly, most 3 year old arnt the best swimmers, so it would be alot better to do a safari theme!Www@FoodAQ@Com
