What are some good outdoor party games?!

Question:

What are some good outdoor party games?

My 13th birthday party is coming up in about 2 months, and I think it's going to be like a big backyard BBQ with all my family and friends. The problem is, there's going to be adults and teenagers there and I need some party games that will entertain my friends- because I know the adults are just going to chat and we'll be bored. Any suggestions? Thanks :)

Volleyball or frisbee...maybe even cards!

Pinata. Get some beer in the adults, baby you got a party goin.

Do you have any lawn darts?

You should play cornhole! I know, it sounds gross, but it's a huge phenomenon in the east (particularly Kentucky and Ohio). It's so much fun! Look it up on google.com to see how its played. Its perfect for a BBQ.

For one that always get people laughing

Get a bat and a dish of water preferably large and not more then 5" high but big and square

Now the person puts one end of the bat on the ground and then places the forhead on the bat and while keeping the bat on the ground turn in circules at least eight times then they get up quickly and some one hands them the container with the water and they "try" to run twenty feet

The person who has the most water left in the container is the winner (most people will wear most if not all of the water and this is a good game for a hot day)

Water ballon fight or wet sponges

You could make your own virsion of pictionary have a bunch of words or phrases and have them make pitchers or act them out we also have playdoe and when we get a word we have to make it out of the playdoe

And if you guys like music and you do have some time so write down one or two lines to a song and see who can guess them or you can write down names of songs and some one hum them and see who can guess it

What we always did was to have prizes that were useful and that my friends would like I would go to the dollar store and get a bunch of things of what ever you guys are in to or have gift bags when they leave

You could make you own game kind of like wheel of fortunes what we did was have some one at the board (a big pad of paper) and on a card they have the phrase and people take turns guessing letters and give them a point system and what ever prize for winning

Or if you like triva then have a bunch of ? made up you can do like on tv and you have the answer and they have to make a ?? for it

You can do this on your own for little $$ or you can buy the trivia presuit game and cranium game is really fun

have a water balloon fight (MAKE SURE U HAVE THAT BATHING SUIT!! =D!!!!!!!), frisbee, volleyball, or have a dancing contest if you like to dance. the adults are the judges and the prize could be an "I won a dancing conest" trophy lol or a homemade gift like a braclet. happy b-day!

Try bocci ball. It's like lawn bowling. I bet even some of the adults will enjoy playing. Scavenger hunts are also great.

I think that the game corn-hole is fun for all ages.

There is a baloon toss....Fill up water baloons and tie them. Take turns tossing them to your partner as everytime you catch it you have to step backwards and farther apart. The last team standing (that doesn't pop their water baloon wins!!)

Do a word search on paper and make copies for everyone to do

Play music

You could have a 3-legged race, vollyball, or lawn darts. You could also play horseshoes. See what your local sporting goods store have for outdoor games.
