I'm hosting a part, what specia beverage can I serve?

I'm hosting a party and I'm thinking about having a signature beverage. Please send me any recipes or ideas for a special cocktail.

We've done pitchers of mojitos and they are a hit!!! They also look beautiful in the glass pitchers.
all u need is mint, sugar, sprite, lemon, and rum... I would research some good recipes and try making it at home.... I actually use splenda to make it sweeter.

You don't want to go with a coloda, b/c they melt and they'll get soo full that they wont eat the good food you are prepping.

Wine is good for dinner.

The only other thing I could think of is a Sangria. I personally think White sangrias are classier (I am Spanish)

I wouldn't do a punch, that's scream ladies brunch.

I would go w/ something basic, something everyone likes that's easy to get drunk off of. No offense but a party is a party u need to have a good time.

This is my favorite drink ever!! Its delicious without the basil too if you can't get it at your grocery store you can just make a regular mojito with the mint.

Basil Mojito
2 fresh mint sprigs, chopped
2 fresh basil sprigs, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) light rum
Chilled club soda or seltzer water

In a tall glass with back of a spoon crush mint and basil with sugar and lime juice until sugar is dissolved and stir in rum. Add ice cubes and top off drink with club soda or seltzer water.
Stir drink well and garnish with mint, basil, and lime.

Makes 1 drink.

i would get things that the people that are coming over usally eat

Tequila Sunrise (can be served both virgin or with alcohol). Don't mix grenadine in, the separate colors are fun. Mai Tai is another good drink. Or you can always go with the blender and make daiquiris or pina colodas.

I don't know what is in it, but Madarin Hypnotic is delicious!!

Depending on what type of party, try seving a " Pim's Cup"
Pims is sold at any liquor store.
