I loved both, but stopped eating both when I gained 35 lbs in a few months eating both several times a week. I've dropped the lbs since dropping spam and corned beef

I love spam....especially for breakfast. I just fry up a couple of slices & eat it with eggs..soooooooo good!!

Anyone that has no tastebuds. They are both gross. If you like the scraps that starving, wild dogs wouldn't eat.... Go for it!!!!

we bread it and deep fry it it is the the best

just dont eat it raw or in a frying pan
soak sliced spam in franks extra hot sauce for at least 24 hours
hen let drain
bread and deep fry
it is out of this world

love spam---fried, made into salad for sandwhiches, bar-b-qed & the way they eat it in Hawaii with rice & sea weed.

Cut the spam into 4 square patties and fry until hot. Fry an egg (use substitute egg & low fat spam if necessary) but remember to break the yolk.

Toast a hearty bread. Top with lettuce, tomato, fried egg and spam. It a filling breakfast, lunch or dinner!
