Cig smokers help me!?

k, so i have smoke ciggs here and there and now but i really want to stick with one brand cus one makes me sick another gives me a bad buzz idk what todo. can someone give me some good names of some brands that will relax me and wont make me sick?

Answers:
They'll all make you sick, WITH CANCER!!!

No smoking.

Merits were my favorite, when I used to smoke.

Benson & Hedges Extra Mild

I'm not going to suggest any brands because if you are a smoker you'd know what brands are out there, and I'm not going to influence you to give yourself lung cancer.

quit smoking and you will not have to worry about it.

My friend smoked "native pride". It has nicotine, but no additives. More of a natural cig.

Winston is mellow & flavorful but I suggest you quit smoking.

Better off to stop smoking before you get a preferred brand...they all will kill ya!

If something makes you sick, I don't know why you would want to continue with it. All cigarettes contain nicotine, and all American brands contain a hundred or more deadly chemicals. That's probably what makes you sick. Maybe you should try something else to relax. Warm tea, especially green tea can make you feel great, plus it's good for you.

i am in such position to give u a good answer as i been smoking for 35yrs and it does look like your a newbie, well honestly do not proceed further, give it up as it will do more bad than good in terms of money, time, health, odor etc. cigarettes are the only product that if consumed as much as the makers would have it would kill

i am in Aust and I choose to smoke 'american spirit' as they are tobacco only no added chemicals - like when one used to be able to buy locally grown tobacco. I haven't found any other without added chems here.

rollies are my second choice due to less added chemicals plus can have the size smoke you want at that time.

there really is a difference between the cheap cigs and the more expensive ones. people tend to move to the cheaper brands but the more expensive ones will give you more satisfaction, less chance of headaches and thus smoke less which has to be better for you.

you could always try some of the herbal ones but remember if it is nicotine you crave then they wont satisfy. there are plenty of legal herbs you can smoke to relax.

but smokeing anything is bad for you as anyone, including those of us who smoke and have done for decades, will tell you.... just walk down the main street at peak hour you can double those chemicals you inhale! living in a big city, smoking wht the difference??

American Spirits is probably the best bet for that case. nice and easy, yet full of flavor, kind of bbqy.

then again there is always my brand...Newports, but my guess is you would want to stay away from them.

Marlboro is my favorite.

Marlboro have Lights, Reds (strong), medium Reds, mild (menthol flavored), No.27s'(kind of strong), Menthol, Menthol Lights, Menthol Reds, Special Blend (special flavor).
The Marlboro lights are a good one, it goes in real smooth and taste goood. ANd if you like menthol, theres menthol lights.

If they make you sick, why do it?

quit while you can

don't smoke...

just forget it, dont do it,you will save yourself lots of headaches ,money and health issues

I smoke MARLBORO. It's been that brand for quite sometime. If you don't really smoke, then don't really start. It's an expensive habit. They're up to $4.80 a pack now.

Malboro whites. I have a nervous system condition and I need really soft ciggs otherwiswe they will make me really sick. Those have worked for me pretty good but I'm trying to quit actually I have two week without smoking so that will be also a great option.

None of thenm will relax you, and they will ALL make you sick!

do yourself a favor and don't smoke at all.
