When I first smoked a pork butt and it came out so damn good. After 15 hours of nerves while it cooked on my crappy lil grill and hustling to keep the smoke boxes full of chips, it came out perfect and I had a party of satisfied guests, including 1 very happy gal from NC. Since I was shooting for NC style bbq, that was high praise!!!!
Was meat(many kinds) from Rodizio, a Brazilian grill in Denver!

Anything I ever put into my mouth is the best food I eat. I am a muslim and I eat arabic food all the time. Even though it's kind of a caloire intake, it's too good to pass up on. I would find a arabic restaurant and try out every kind of arabic food! It's the best ever! Have fun eating!@=

Seafood! Sweet steamed snow crab, deep fried clams and clam chowder, boiled Maritime lobsters, scallops pan fried in butter! Mmmmmmmmmmm!
