Answers:
take him out to one of his favorite places and buy him something thats in ur budget limit but he really likes put a blindfold on him until he gets to his favorite place when hes wearing the blind fold tell him to not take it off until u say so and if he askes why just say cuz its a surprise!

everybody show up naked it would be a real suprise. make sure you have food. naked people get hungry fast.

I usually try to be clever about average ideas like for example one year for my boyfriend I gave him two bags in one of the bags was a box of animal cookies and in the other was a box of gold fish crackers. Which ever one he chose would be the activity for the day animal crackers meant the zoo and fish crackers meant sea world. If you be creative with your presentation it doesn't really matter where you go!

How about 29 little gifts of memories that you guys share together? I did this for my sisters 27th B-day and I got rave reviews- I got items from our childhood like candy cigarettes and other candies, garbage pail kids cards, fake tatoos and ended with a bottle of Dom Perignon so we could celebrate.... Of course you should taylor the gifts to your memories....

Good Luck!

Where do you live? For 200 bucks you can have an awesome adventure... My hubby is turning 40 this year and he loves scuba diving... So we are going to the keys and diving on a friends boat. I am going to use the money that I had budgeted for his birthday for some new equipment and some killer steaks and beer that he likes to grille. Our family has a house down there so we are all bunking in down there...
I would come up with something to do then spending it on a meal.
