You go girl!!! You might also want to consider a "Cheese Salad Sandwich" as well by mixing:

3/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp sweet pickle relish
3 T mayonaise
1/4 tsp curry powder

Place on hearty bread such as wheat or sour dough and butter the outside of each slice. Grill until bread is golden and cheese is slightly melted. Serve with your favorite tomato bisque. Yum!
