The host being prepared for everything possible!
- a vegetarian who pops up at no notice
- making sure everyone has a drink at all times
- making sure the host doesnt spend their time in one spot for too long - mingle mingle mingle
- making sure that the food is served at the correct tempreture
- making sure the guests have a safe way home if being served alcohol
You have to have the right people at the party to make it great...and also food, drinks and music is a plus!!
