Here is a list of the best restaurants in Georgia, but you didn't say the exact location. I think the best Adult birthday party's should always consist of dinner and dancing myself. I figure you can find a private room at one of these locations.

what does adult birthday party mean...is it any different from any other kind of party?
In Augusta, Ga, my friend rented me a motel room, and we all had BYOB, and 2 rooms, the greatest party i ever had, but that was 13 years ago.

Hmmm. Not from there, but I would think of some good restaurants that have a club next to it... If it's adult time, good eating, fine drinking, and fun dancing tend to stick with the theme.
