For lunch I would make pork chops, pasta salad, potatos and a light dessert!.
If you want to impress him for a "really" nice dinner!.
Porterhouse, baked potato (loaded), mushrooms sauted in butter and onions, salad and a light dessert!.
If you need info on how to prepare them I'll be on-line for 30 minutes you can email me or you can look up recipes from the food network or Paula Deen!. Just remember to butter the meat just before removing from the grill or oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Recipe: chicken breasts cut into med!. pieces!.fried or grilled
Pesto spread!.(can find it in any grocery store)
chopped mushrooms
Provolone
Sourdough Bread
Fry or Grill Chicken(include mushrooms and put to the side)
put pesto spread on both sides of the bread
fill the sandwich with the Chicken and mushrooms topped with two slices of Provolone!.!.!.put some olive oil in your frypan grill it on both sides!.!.!.
