Where Can I buy really good strawberries covered chocolates online?!

Question:

Where Can I buy really good strawberries covered chocolates online?

Real juicy strawberrys that you don't need a magnifying glass to see with, and chocolate that is creamy and good, not made cheaply.

Answers:
I received a surprise box of chocolate covered strawberries once from a friend after my surgery. The berries were huge and uniform in shape, and they were both white and dark chocolate and they did the little "tux" trick of piping on the bowtie and buttons. They were gorgeous and so good.

So I asked her where she got them from, and it turned out to be that 1-800-FLOWERS site!

i dont know, but a good way to do it yourself it to get a chocolate fountain and put the strawberrys under it to soak them in chocolate. Ive dont it before. Yum

www.chocotatecoveredstrawberri... would be my first guess. Not sure if it is an actual website though.

Have you tried Godiva's website? I know when I walk by the store in the mall, they are always making them fresh and they do have a website as well (I get emails from them)...probably godiva.com I'm going to assume (I'll let you know if it's different).

Update: correct website address, however, I did check the site and apparently online you can only get dried strawberries not fresh ones like they do in the store.

its so easy to make! just buy milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips melt them in a double boiler and buy some fresh strawberries from your local market...

all you have to do is give the berries a quick rince, pat dry with a paper towel and then hold onto the leaf/stem and dip it into the hot chocolate, then set to dry on parchment paper or foil...

if you dont wanna do that then i guess look on amazon.com

I don't know where you live but this place has got some good size chocolate covered strawberries... www.ediblearrangements.com..

Give it a try..

I know if you go to foodnetwork.com they have alot of links to online stores that you can order them from. Anytime they do a show, either they have the recipes, or they have links to retailers that you can order items such as chocolate covered strawberries from.

Secret spoons has a variety and super yummy chocolate covered strawberries

Bissinger's in St. Louis, MO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
www.bissingers.com

Unfortunately, it's seasonal!!!!!!!!!! But if you can wait till the right season, they are wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make it yourself. That is seriously the best way. Even better, if serving, serve the melted chocolate in a foundue pot and place a selection of fruits, of course strawberries too, and let them dip away. If you want the chocolate to harden, just dip them in, then place them down on greaseproof paper to harden slowly. If they take too long, just pop them in the fridge. You get to control the quality you want that way. Good Luck!
