How about a water park, your city's community center (if you have one), or a zoo?

At your home or a park. It's the decoration that will make the place fun.

at the park just rent a tent with all those chairs at a park and rent a magician and a clown that will be nice for ages 3to10 my lil siter has been having her birthday partys at the park she just loves it.especially all those presents. then we come home from the park about 8:00 and some of her freinds come over and family and we open the presents.HOPE THAT HELPS BUT I AM SURE IT WILL BE ALLOT OF FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

yeah, you could take them to like the skateing ring, ummm... like the park, wild adventures, wild waters {if it is warm} or some place like that!!! if you r gonna go to like the park, go when it is warm outside or all of the kids will not play!

How many kids are coming? If there are fewer than 10, and if there's a kid-friendly movie out take them to a movie in a mall, then get pizza at the food court and eat your cake and ice cream there. Kids will appreciate the excitement of the excursion (especially if you theme the party favors and cake to match the movie you're seeing), and it's still minor stress and zero cleanup for you.

Jump Zone, Jeepers, Cesarland, Pump it Up.
