Question:

What should i do for my birthday? READ ALL DETAILS INSIDE PLEASE?

im turning 16 in mid april. i definately dont want to have a big party with dancing, because i dont dance.. at all. my best friend passed away a couple weeks ago, so now im not sure if im up for having a party or not. if i can come with something like a small get together for maybe 5-10 friends, i might still have a party, but i need ideas. thanks.

Answers:
first of all im sorry of the loss you are feeling right now,

turning "sweet 16" and the fact you may or may not have a party, seems to weigh heavely upon your mind,, due to your friends passing, and baseing this on how you wrote out your question,

there is a lot you can do if you do not want a party, just invite a few close friends over and have a dinner party maybe have some mocktails served with dinner, afterwards, movie and popcorn, maybe have them spend the night, talk about things of intrest, and take it from there

if you decide by april for a small party, depending on your personality, you could do karoke, movie and popcorn, trivia games based on your intrest, make it a girlie night with hair make up and nails, make mocktails very popular now at 16th birthday partys, make jewelery, sit and hang out and chat

im sure what ever you decide you will know whats right for you, and i would like to wish you to have a happy birthday in april when that day comes, 16th is a wonderful time for a lot of people, this is the time you go from teenager to a young adult, i wish you lots of luck

Make it dinner and a movie night. Rent a couple movies have everyone pick from and then eat dinner infront of the tv. Nothing fancy maybe a bunch of different appertizers with pizza. Then do the cake with some sparkling apple cider.

Sorry to hear about your best friend. You know they will be there even if you can see them. How about a night out. Dinner & movies. Even though you are unable to drink they make great virgin drinks. Try a nice restaurant & a movie or a dinner theater. You get dinner & a show. Could be fun. Happy Sweet 16 !

roller skating parties
bowling parties
karaoke parties
go-carts
miniature golf party
pool party
rent a limo and all pile in and drive around that night screaming at people.
get 50 rolls of toilet paper and "roll" local police station or courthouse
fondue party- have everyone bring something they want to dip in melted chocolate or cheese
naked twisted, strip poker,or skinny dipping ( get permission)

sorry

Movie night would be a good place to start. Get lots of finger food, and pizza, always pizza. Then you can sit with your friends and watch movies. If you decide to do other things instead part way through, then you can watch the movies the next day yourself. But if nothing else comes up, good movies, with good friends is always worth it.

Have a small party with friend's, maybe a dinner party , rent movies

Why not have a quiet one in at your place with a small group of close friends. order some pizzas and hire some new dvds. why not even grab a kfc family meal?

well sorry to hear that your best friend passed away. Makes everyone appreciate the finer moments in life. Looking at this angle, spending time with your near and dear ones and close family should give you enough fulfillment to experience the joy to be around people who shape our life. Take a walk on to wilderness such as hiking, or sledding or just going to some serene place in tune with nature. Yoga camps for a day teaches you so much that you all can utilize for the rest of your lives for a healthy living. It gives so much of peace and happiness and you will come refreshed.

Pizza and a movie
