Ok food Ideas Children this age are easy pizza chips hot dogs hamburgers popcorn cake cupcakes ice cream snack foods that are easy to make are always good and there boys they love to eat, LOL your own pizzas,,, we used to do with english muffins even the lil ones can do there own its sounds weird but u can also make ur own potatoe chips potato slices (real thin) then deep fried til golden brown pop corn can be bought cheaper by the kernels and the recipe is right on the package and u can get more that way maybe u can even let the younger ones color and do finger paints thats always good to keep there attentionbut make sure they don't get it all over :D
start off early with younger geared movies, then when they go to bed,,,let the older boys watch there type of stuff
now gifts maybe like a dollar store or a discount store
Movies are always good maybe video or board games maybe cops N robbers boys seem to like those things as well and if the weather is nice maybe they can play outside like catch or football or even baseball or soccer i hope some of these helped u out some

Oh my, you are a brave soul!!! Ok, roll up your sleeves....Have your nephew give you a hand with the little ones. Bring out the fingerpaints and cookie dough. Let them hang their artwork to dry and give them cookie cutters to make the shapes of cookies they want. Or, purchase giant chocolate chip cookies that each of them can decorate. Have a treasure hunt. Then send your 10 year old and 12 year old (if they like each other) to the movies and give them money to buy popcorn etc.
Is there a sport or a movie that they both love? If so, you could use that as your theme and build off of that.
