How do I know if we'll have enough FOOD?!
We are throwing a potluck banquet feeding about 90 people!. It's holiday themed so we're serving turkey & the whole Christmas dinner!. We have four people signed up to bring 9X13 pans of stuffing, five bringing 9X13 pans of sweet potato casserole, 3 bringing large bowls of mashed potatoes, four bringing 9X13 casseroles, and others bringing drink items and desserts!. Will this be enough food, or do we need to pad it some more!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think that if everyone brings a dish, as you are describing, then you'll have enough food!.
I've been to more potluck dinners than I can count (including lots of big family reunions) and if everyone brings 1 large thing, or a couple of smaller things there will be enough!.
When I bring the family (4 of us), I usually bring a couple of casseroles or side dishes (in regular casserole-size dishes)!.
Make sure that everyone is bringing something - and you should be OK!.

You don't say how many turkeys you are cooking!. If you estimate a 9X13 pan to feed 15 adults, then you'll have enough stuffing for 60 people, enough sweet potato casserole for 75, No way is 3 bowls of mashed potatoes enough!. Someone needs to bring a couple of gallon cans of sweet peas, and a gallon of gravy (if not more)!. Who's in charge of the cranberry sauce!? May I suggest you get the smaller dinner plates!.We do,that way everyone can sample the food!.Then return if still hungry!.The larger plates have so much food left on them and get thrown out!.Have fun the menu sounds great!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
