Answers:
chess, poker, video games (your never too old for these, fighting games iin particular), limbo, spin the bottle...

ehh this might turn out to be completely lame but there's a card game called Mafia which is quite fun with 30 people

if you have a dvd player w/microphone you can get some karaoke cd's at target

This might sound kind of lame but charades is really fun and funny when you play it while drinking.

pictionnary, twister, spin the bottle... you're not gooing to be able to interest all 100 of them, but you'lll get some to joing these games at least...

Games for 25 year olds and up??? I'm thinking that you need to look at several options here. You can set up card tables to hold 10 guests each and have rounds of poker, all proceeds going to charity. Or you can break them into teams and play pictionary. Or you can bite the bullet and hire some entertainment, such as belly dancers, a comic, Hawaiian dancers, and so on for the group to enjoy.

Tug o war (ladies against the guys)

Catchphrase is really fun (but as someone else said you have to split people up) its electronic, you could get a few and have a tournament! - there is electronic gestures which is like charades - its really fun - or a game called apples to apples- but do not play with more than 10 people max. - i think spliting up the room into areas with different games would be best-

you can play a dice game called LEFT RIGHT CENTER with a lot of people, but definately not 100 - if you want to include everyone play tug of war, or limbo - :)

You could also do a homemade trivia night. Popular at bars because competition is fun, you make teams, have a reason to talk to people, and can talk to the other teams in between questions. Have them at intervals of 10 minutes to keep people moving around. Have a fun prize to get people started.

apples to apples is a really fun, easy to learn game that everyone seems to love. my friends keep asking my me and my boyfriend to bring it over.

if you have room horseshoes,,steel or rubber,,,baseball if possible,,basketball,,,footbal... place would try to go to a local park to have the party
