Answers:
buy 2 pound cakes,
cut into 1 inch chunks, place in large bowl
cover it with frozen mixed berries
top with whipped topping
no fuss
in a glass bowl it looks wonderful.

Here are a few:
Meat and Cheese

1 pound deli Roast Beef, sliced thinly
1/2 pound deli Turkey Breast, sliced thinly
1/2 pound Muenster cheese, sliced, softened
1/2 pound American cheese, sliced, softened
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced, softened
1-6 ounce can black olives, pitted, drained
Curly leafed Parsley for garnish

Fold or roll each cut of meat 1" wide, place a few of the rolled beef slices on top of each other on the party tray staggering them on the food tray. Do the same with the rolled up turkey slices.

Make sure the cheese slices are softened slightly before rolling, otherwise they will break. Roll them up and place them between the meat slices on the party tray. Leave a small space between the meat and cheese to garnish with parsley. Continue placing all the rolled meat and cheese around the tray until it is completely covered.

Garnish the meat and cheese party tray with black olives in the center of the tray.

Insalata Caprese Skewers
Make as many Insalata Caprese appetizers on a skewer as you want
here is all you need to make this delicious appetizer:

small sized cherry tomatoes
mozzarella cheese (mini balls if you can find them)
fresh basil leaves
extra virgin Olive Oil
Kosher salt
Freshly cracked black pepper

Make rounds of mozzarella cheese using a melon baller(if you can't find small enough balls of mozzarella) the same size as the cherry tomatoes. Thread the tomatoes, basil leaves and cheese balls on a skewer. Continue threading insalata caprese on skewers to make as many appetizers as you want. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve the Insalata Caprese appetizer.

Crab filled Cucumber cups
makes approximately 3/4 cup vegetable appetizer, crab with lime, (fills 10 cucumber cups)

English cucumber, unpeeled
1/4 cup fresh crab
1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
1 teaspoon fresh lime Juice
1 tablespoon green onion, sliced fine
1/4 cup celery diced fine
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fresh herbs for garnish

Cucumber Appetizer Cup
Cut cucumber crosswise into 1-1/2" slices, lay on it's side, make a diagonal cut, now you have two diagonal cucumber pieces, repeat this process with all slices. Scoop out centers with a melon baller making cucumber cups leaving 1/4" walls.

Crab with Lime Filling
Combine crab, lime zest, lime juice, onion, celery, oil, salt and pepper, lightly salt each cucumber cup, fill the centers with the vegetable crab lime filling, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.

Ruffled Lay Chips and French Onion Dip is just perfect. An easy to make punch is with 7-up mixed in it. And for sweets.... Go buy a chocolate and vanilla cake. THA BEST PARTY SNACKS EVER!!!

Any store, grocery, does finger food trays. Or you can do a nacho, and black beans, nachos cheese, sour cream, jalp. pepper and salsa dip go to dollar store, buy a throw away dish, layer beans , shredded cheddar cheese . Microwave..pour on salsa a layer of sour cream and have peppers on side..with chips. Everyone loves this.

You don't have time to make anything presentable, or that is worthy of a party food. Stop at the store on your way to work and pick up a tray of something there. You really don't want to feed your co workers something you threw together in 15 minutes, you will be talked about and not in a good way.

Run over to your local grocery deli department or your local bakery for something yummy & best of all, it won't be something you have to throw together in a hurry!!

try a vegetable tray
