Makes 2 sandwiches.
2 - Chicken Breast Patties
4 - slices sourdough bread
2 - Tablespoons blue cheese dressing
4 - Tablespoons cucumber, diced or thinly sliced
1 - red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Prepare chicken patties according to package directions.
For each sandwich, spread half of dressing and cucumber on one slice of bread, top with heated chicken patty, add half of bell pepper strips and add second slice of bread.
